Our free delivery option covers our standard delivery which we aim to get to you within 2-3 working days. Each order is usually shipped directly from our distribution centre for a more efficient service.

On delivery our couriers will deliver the goods unopened, it is your responsibility to check you have received the correct number of items and there is no damage, (if there is you must note this on the delivery and contact us immediately) if everything is correct then you will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery which shall be conclusive evidence that you have received your order.

Non Faulty Goods

Refunds can only be made by the same method used for purchase.

If for any reason you need to return an item within 30 days of receiving delivery, register your return via our website

You can only return New and Unused items within 30 days of delivery, if the goods have been opened, used or any seal broken you have not right to a refund or exchange unless the goods are faulty.

If you are returning good because you no longer want them you must return the goods in the same condition as received, you must not use the product and you must not damage the packing. If you use the product or damage the packing your right to a refund will be revoked.

Cost of return will be your responsibility, please use a secure and safe way to return your unwanted items.
